She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey "Uite" McAteer and Glennie Jowers McAteer; her husband Franklin Delano Mullis; her children, William Scott Mullis, Edward Altman and Linda Stacks; and her siblings, Dewey McAteer, Billy Ray McAteer, Jake McAteer, Vanglean Johnson and Veria Brasington.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Altman of Lancaster, Ronald Altman of Lancaster and Teresa Mullis (Chad Gainer) of Lancaster; and her sister Elsie Mae Smith of Lancaster. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.
