We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2019, at the age of 71, Ronald Thomas Carter (Lancaster, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sylvester Carter, Sr. and Pauline Haynes Carter; his son Andy Carter; his great grandchild Carter Fleener; and his sister Judy Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Hunter Carter of Lancaster; his siblings, Roy "Butch" Carter of Fort Lawn and Patsy Sutherland of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Lindsey Fleener, Madison Carter, Jordan Carter, Mackenzie Thompson and Kelsey Carnes; and his great grandchildren, Cash Fleener, Beckett Fleener, Easton Thompson, Emma Grace Thompson and Noah Carnes.
