He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joe Bailey and Mary Phillips Bailey; and his wife Bobbie Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Jewett (Melvin) and Robin Childers (Jeff); his grandchildren, Stephanie Parker (Marty), Mark McCowan (Christina), Rusty Oliver, Ryan Childers and Justin Childers (KD); and his great grandchildren, Bailey Parker (Makaila), Kent Parker, Lily Parker, Zeke Parker, Mackenzie Parker, Christian McCowan, Ashley McCowan, Nate McCowan, Brynnlee McCowan, Landon Childers and Braydon Childers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
