He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Moore and Betty B. Tanner; his siblings, Robert Moore and Jean Ann Leemaster; and the mother of his child Carolyn Ann Moore.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristen R. Todd; his granddaughters, Dalia Todd-Perez, Regan Todd and Charlotte Todd; and his siblings, Pauline Lattimer, Donald Moore, Thomas Moore and James Moore.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
