He is survived by: his mother Esther Lee Smith Howze; his wife Mildred; his children, Rhonda Howze of Greenville, SC, Anthony Jerome Howze of Petersburg, VA and Jeremy Lee Howze of Edgemoor, SC; and his siblings, Romeo Howze Jr. of Edgemoor, Michael Howze of Edgemoor, Patricia Ann Howze of Rock Hill, SC, Paulette Howze of Fort Mill, SC, Rachael Howze of Edgemoor, SC and Mamie T. Stowe of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
