He was predeceased by: his parents, James DiVico and Maria "Mary" DiVico (Montemarano); his son John; and his brothers, Jimmy and Joey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann DiVico (O'Hara); his daughters, Eva, Nora (Keith) and Diana; his grandchildren, John (Bernadette), Jim, Jess, Olivia, Kaylie, Ryan and Parker; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Joey and Josie.
