She is survived by: her husband Charles Ballard; her children, Charles M. Ballard, Jr. (Mallory) and Jan Painter; her grandchildren, Madison Painter, Davis Painter and Charles M. Ballard, III (LaDonna); and her great grandchild Ellis Ballard.
