He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Lucy Hagler Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Banks Johnson; his daughter Amy Johnson Catoe (Phillip) of Lancaster; his sisters, Robin Moseley and Kathy McAteer of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Savannah "Sissy" Catoe and Dalton "Bubba Ray" Catoe.
