Perley is survived by: parent Amanda Baskins; children, Randolph Duncan of Lancaster, Charlie Hood of Lancaster, Thomas Hood of Lancaster, Robert Duncan of Lancaster, Nathaniel Miller of Lancaster, John Hood of Rock Hill, Dorothy Scott of Lancaster, Peggy A. Wylie of Lancaster, Nannette Patterson of Lancaster, Stephanie Miller of Lancaster, Martha Strain of Maryland and Gloria Young of New York; and siblings, Frank Baskins of Lancaster, Dorothy Dixon of Forestville and Minnie Williams of Rock Hill. Perley is also survived by three grandchildren, sixty seven great grandchildren and nineteen great great grandchildren.
