She was predeceased by: her parents, Heyward Vincent and Lula Snipes Vincent Railey; her husband Charles Horton; her son Robert Horton; her brother Ray Vincent; and her stepfather James Railey.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Horton (Lisa), Kathy Horton (James Whetstone) and Robin Thompson; her granddaughters, Sky Eddings (Patrick), Erica Beckham and Tosha Bryson; her great grandchild Elena Eddings; her siblings, Ronnie Vincent (Frances) and Peggy Brightwell (Richard); and her sister-in-law Margie Vincent.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Burgess Funeral Home (1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29721). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home (1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29721). A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
