He is survived by: his children, Pam Cook Boling (Ronnie Boling) of Greenwood, Wanda Cook Hayes and Randy Cook (Cynthia) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Roy Cook of Longs, S. C., Jesse Cook (Pat) of Nichols and Irene Johnson (William) of Aynor, S. C. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and Several Great Grandchildren.
