She was predeceased by: her husband William Clyde "Bill" Ballard; her parents, Carson Montgomery Livingston and Pearlie Gertrude Chapman Livingston; her daughter Patricia B. Stein; her sister Pauline Eudy; her sons-in-law, Johnny H. Stein and David R. Crenshaw; and her siblings-in-law, Reba Livingston and Herbert Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill B. Crenshaw of Lancaster; her siblings, Ralph Livingston of Newport News, VA and Jeanette Thompson of Norwood, NC; her granddaughters, Amy James (Steven) of Lilesville, NC and Samantha Chilcoat (Michael) of Neenah, WI; and her great grandchildren, Asher James, Connor, Cohen and Reece Chilcoat. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
