He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebbie Huey Stacks and Mildred Vincent Stacks. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Fowler Stacks; his sons, Monty Huey Stacks (Kelly) and Shawn Mitchell Stacks; his grandchildren, Brianna M. Stacks, Zayla I. Stacks, Dustin Byrdic and Mitch Stacks; and his siblings, Brenda Usher (Johnny) of Lancaster, SC and Crawford E. Vincent (Carol) of Oscar, LA.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at Second Baptist Church, and suggest memorial contributions be made to Second Baptist Church, 1426 Great Falls Hwy., Lancaster, SC 29720 or Hospice of Lancaster, 901 W. Meeting Street, Lancaster, SC 29720.
