He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Sims and Bessie Lee Demby Scott. He is survived by: his sons, Zachery Sims and Carson Sims; his granddaughter Gracie Sims; his siblings, Larry Sims (Rhonda) and Renee Phillips (Eric); his niece Heather Snipes; and his pet Annabelle. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
