She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Garland Neely and Ethel Mae Carter Neely; her husband Glenn Bailey; and her siblings, Gladys N. McAteer, Dorothy N. Carnes, Ethel N. McManus, Leonard Garland Neely Jr. (Head) and Carter Neely.
She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Warfield (Steve) of Lancaster; her grandson Josh Warfield (Macie) of Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Lilli and Mila Warfield of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Brian and Heather Hillis; and her caregiver Charity Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
