He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Robert Emory and Eunice Hawkins Emory; and his siblings, Edward Harrell "Ed" Emory and Joann Edwards. He is survived by: his son Namath Emory (Tabatha) of Lancaster; his brothers, Melvin Emory (Jeannie) of Lancaster and Eldridge Emory (Perry Lee) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Brooke Emory, Courtney Emory and Ethan Elway Emory.
