He was predeceased by: his father Daryl Allen Toole; and his brother-in-law Junior Helms. He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Broom Toole; his sisters, Karra Helms and Autumn Price; his children, Natiley McCants (Matt) and Matthew Daryl Toole Jr.; his grandchildren, Brenton and Brynlee McCants; his nephews, Waylon Helms and Jaxson Small; his niece Dallas Lane; and his sister Nikki McElveen.
