She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clem Moore and Myrtle Lear Moore; and her brothers, William Moore, Douglas Moore, Ellis Moore and Ray Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Hartley; her children, Charles Wayne Hartley (Angela) and Shirley H. Brown (Mitchell L.); her granddaughters, Breanna Marie Hartley and Ashley Michelle Hartley; and her sisters, Rachel Hodge, Jennie Melton, Susie Rodgers and Betty Jo Eubanks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her family to help with medical expenses.
