She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Rankin and Inez Neal Rankin Evans; her husband William Blake; and her daughter Kathryn Teresa Stogner. She is survived by: her sons, Albert "Blake" Evans (Rebecca "Becky" Jean) and Corey Stevens; her grandchildren, Victoria Elizabeth Snipes and Steven Blake Evans (Meredith Steen); and her son-in-law Eric Nesbit Stogner. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Lancaster, 901 W. Meeting Street, Lancaster, SC 29720 and would like to extend a special thanks to Mrs. Evans' caregiver, Meredith Steen.
