We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2024, at the age of 90, Mary Clyde Reid of Lancaster, South Carolina, born in Live Oak, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eckford Reid and Julia Alberta Brady Reid; her stepdaughter June Blackmon; and her siblings, William Eckford Reid, Jr., Josephine Mae Briggs and Julia Brady Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel R. Blackmon of Clover, Dennis Blackmon (Patty) of Lancaster, William Michael Blackmon (Jenean) of Roanoke, VA and Beth Doster (Mike) of Lancaster; her stepdaughters, Sue Pardue (Ray) of Woodruff and Rose Mary Cauthen (Jay) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Melanie, Brandi, Wesley, Jennifer, Kevin, Jacob and Kayla; and her pet Bingo. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
