He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Giuseppe LaFica and Antonette Rienzi LaFica; and his siblings, Pat LaFica, Lucille Kuhn and Vicky McEvoy.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Decker; his children, Annette LaFica, Janine Barry (Steve), Jessica LaFica and Martin T. LaFica (Amy); his grandchildren, Molly, Erica, Lacey, Martin L. and Anthony; and his great grandchildren, Kalina and Daphne Rose.
