She was predeceased by: her parents, John Strouth and Mary Lacy Hardy Strouth; her children, Marvin Lee Hutchens, Sr., Gary Dean Hutchens and Geona Jean Hutchens; her grandchildren, Brad and Tonya; and her great grandchild Matthew.
She is survived by: her daughter Dianna Hutchens of Jefferson, SC; and her siblings, Earlene, Elmo and Louise. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, the wonder of her thirteen great-grandchildren, and the promise of her ten great-great-grandchildren.
