Sinclair, Sr.; her son Randy Sinclair; her sons-in-law, Wylie Penegar, Sr. and Patrick Ainsworth; her grandchildren, Gina M. Starnes and Wylie Penegar, Jr.; and her brother Samuel Buddy Crenshaw.
She is survived by: her children, Claude Henry Sinclair, Jr. (Martha Jo) of Lancaster, Tommy Sinclair (Melinda) of Pawleys Island, Steve Sinclair (Paula) of Lancaster, Janice Sinclair Ainsworth of Lancaster, Rhea Sinclair Plemmons (Michael) of Whitmire, SC and Patricia "Patty" Sinclair Penegar of Lancaster. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
