It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Llerena Sue Derrick of Lancaster, South Carolina, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest and Norma Alta Carter Friend; her husband Walter Eugene; and her sister Patricia "Ann" Bergeron. She is survived by: her daughter Shari Crispi (Richard) of Cove, TX; her granddaughter Crystal Mayer (Ryan) of Atascocita, TX; her brother David Friend (Jackie) of Austin, TX; and her friends, Joseph "Joey" Bradley, Rebecca Williams and Gloria Phillips.
