She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Truesdale, Sr. and Ruth Ellen Reid Truesdale; her husband Sgt. Sammie L. Myers; her grandson La'Mario T. Myers; her siblings, Elton Truesdale, Jr., Vivian T. Curry and Debrah Truesdale; her brother-in-law Willie Lee Curry; and her nephews, Maurice Truesdale and Marcello Truesdale.
She is survived by: her son Mario Myers (Maheni) of Lancaster, SC; her sister Jean T. Holloway (Harold) of Anderson, SC; her granddaughter Maricia Myers of Lancaster, S. C.; her nieces, Michelle Mingo (Maurice), Shonte' Brooks Dickens (Cahenda) and Kimberly Holloway; her nephew Jeremy Curry; her aunts, Almeta Blackmon, Catherine White, Ophelia McIlwain and Alfreda Gaither; her uncle Curtis Truesdale (Delores); and her sister Darlene Curry.
