He was predeceased by: his parent Chalmers George Blackmon. He is survived by: his parent Louise Catoe Blackmon; his wife Sandee K. Blackmon of Lancaster; his children, Matthew L. Blackmon of Lancaster and Amanda B. Powers; his brothers, Gary Blackmon of Columbia, Alton Blackmon (Diane) of Lancaster and Allen Blackmon of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Daniel Powers and Emma-Leigh Powers; and also Rock Hill.
