It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Howard Childers (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on May 4, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Thomas Childers. He is survived by: his parent Mary Myrtle Adams Childers; his wife Sonja Copeland Childers; his daughters, Melonie P. Grantham (Earl) of Rock Hill and Cicely C. Truesdale of Rock Hill; his brother John Thomas Childers, Jr.; his wife Norma of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Keely Grace Truesdale and Wyatt Grantham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
