It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Johnson Jr. (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Johnson Sr. and Henrietta Scales Woodson. He is survived by: his children, Beverly McLaughlin of Baltimore, MD and Leroy Johnson III of Baltimore, MD; and his sisters, Leola Carter of Baltimore, MD, Jackie Mitchell of Baltimore, MD, Teresa Samuel of Baltimore, MD and Tashi Jelani of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
