He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lee Terry and Nancy Ashley Terry; and his siblings, Michael "Tarzan" Terry, Cathy Cudd, Shirley Parker, Janie Cudd and Beverly Rain.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Mackey Terry; his children, Lennie L. Terry, Jr. and Rebecca "Becky" Terry Stogner (Jerry); his grandchildren, Tiffany Storey, Chuck Balkcum, Jr., Matthew Balkcum and Benjamin Balkcum; and his great grandchildren, Noah Storey, Chloe Balkcum, Abby Balkcum and Mason Balkcum.
