It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Gainey (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on February 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Blackmon and Bertha Couch Blackmon; her spouse Sam Gainey Mrs; and her grandsons, Darren Sean Beecher and Andrew David Beecher.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Gainey (Judy, Barry Gainey) of Lancaster, Sandy Gainey of Lancaster, Vivian B. Flouhouse (Clint) of Charlotte, N. C., Denise Beaver (Douglas, Dianne Driver) and Marilyn G. Ellis (Doug); and her siblings, Alva Blackmon (Ann) and Elvis Ray of Lancaster. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 30 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
