He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Wilson Snipes and Ruth Meyers Snipes. He is survived by: his sister Hilda Chapman of Spartanburg; his cousins, Ken Snipes, Claudia Knight of Lancaster and Howard Snipes of Rock Hill; his daughter Michelle Strickland of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Maddison Carty, Dalton Helms and Dannion Helms; and his great grandchildren, Ansleigh Balkcum, Haylinn Wilson and River Strickland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
