He is survived by: his mother Frances Ann Nance Peigler; his wife Crystal Livesay Peigler; his sons, Justin Livesay of Lancaster, Austin Wemes (Anna Steele) of Lancaster and Richard Hammond of Lancaster; his brother Ron Peigler (Jeana) of Charlotte, NC; his niece Kelsey Peigler; his nephew Jackson Peigler; his mother-in-law Nancy Livesay; and his pet Bella.
