He is survived by: his daughters, Dorothy Gaston of Charlotte, NC and Johnnie Moon of Clinton, SC; and his siblings, Rosie Lee Benson of Lancaster, SC, Cora Mae Benson of Lancaster, SC, Queen Ester Benson of Lancaster, SC, Arleen Harrison of Columbia, SC, Ruben Benson of Lancaster, SC, Curtis Benson of Lancaster, SC, Leon Benson of Lancaster, SC, Marshall Benson of Lancaster, SC and Ernest Benson of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
