She was predeceased by: her parents, John David McAteer and Lucille Plyler McAteer; and her brother Robert "Bobby" David McAteer. She is survived by: her daughter Leah Primm (Keith); and her grandchildren, Brandon Primm and Ainsley Primm. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Weddington Methodist Church (13901 Providence Rd, Weddington, NC 28104).
