He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Evans, Sr. and Betty Carnes Evans. He is survived by: his wife Terri Evans; his daughters, Suzette Nazim (David) of Greer, SC and Mary Alice Ballantyne of Greer, SC; and his sister Mary Beth King (Tom) of Mountain Rest, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
