He is survived by: his wife Susan Carlson Lewis of Lancaster; his son Chris Lewis of Lancaster; his stepson William West (Missy) of Kershaw; his sister Shirley Underwood of Pageland; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Baylee, Grayson, Caleb, Kiersten and Colby.
