He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gideon Fulton and Addie Blair Smith Fulton; his grandson Jackson Alexander Fulton; and his siblings, Jimmy Fulton and Sarah Plyler.
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Deb" Fulton; his sons, Chris Fulton and Michael Fulton (Connie); his grandchildren, Skylar Rutledge, Melanie Fulton, Mackenzie Fulton, Troy Fulton and William "Will" Fulton; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Tate Rutledge; and his siblings, Lee Fulton (Evelyn), Nathan "Doc" Fulton (Hattie) and Margaret Starnes.
