She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Manly Belk; her parents, Cecil Shelton Hayes and Inez Hinson Hayes; her grandson Devitt Rogers Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Willingham, Joan Sapp and Billie Carol Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Belk Rogers of Lancaster and Paul Hayes Belk of Lancaster; her brothers, Bruce Hayes of Lancaster and Jerry Hayes of Myrtle Beach; and her grandsons, Jordan Rogers, Bryce Belk and Lawson Belk.
