With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jasper Haggins (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on November 30, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mothers, Hazel Haggins and Rose Montgomery. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Grier Haggins; his children, Ernest L. Haggins of Lancaster, SC, George L. Haggins of Lancaster, SC, Patrick Duncan of Lancaster, SC, Louis Grier Jr. of Lancaster, SC and Alicia Savage of Hyattsville, MD; and his brother Willie George Haggins of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
