It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janett Sears Deese (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Hobson Sears and Winona Baker Sears; her siblings, Dewey "Buddy" Sears, Claude Sears, Walter Dean Sears, Franklin D. "Frank" Sears, Marie Pittman and Betty Jean Tyner; and her grandchildren, Halley Brooke Miller and Joshua Flint McManus.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Deese of Lancaster, Tina Marie Deese of Lancaster, Tammy Lance of Lancaster and Cammy Deese Miller (Eddie) of Lancaster; her sister Patricia "Pat" Knight (Gary) of Memphis, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Tristian Moser, Jon-Michael Norton and Ariel Miller. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
