He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Quincy Brashier and Billie Patty Brashier; his wife Marlene Williams; and his sister Irmalene B. Menefee. He is survived by: his children, Lisa B. Cooper and Raymond W. Brashier; his grandchildren, Sarah Gibson Kotronis, Laura Brashier Harter and Brandon Brashier; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Elijah, Abigail Kotronis and H. Walton Harter IV.
