He was predeceased by: his parent Lawton Harrell Haynes; and his siblings, Lawton Harold Haynes, Thomas Charles Haynes, Pauline Elizabeth Haynes Carter, Lois Haynes Rabon and Ruby Lorena Haynes.
He is survived by: his sons, Hal Haynes (Jean) of Lancaster, Randy Haynes (Crystal) of Lancaster and Stephen Haynes (Elizabeth) of Lancaster; his sister Lyllian Goff of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Marty Haynes, Greg Haynes, Kevin Haynes, Richard Haynes Amanda Haynes, Tomeka Cairnes and Stephanie Haynes. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
