He is survived by: his parents, Randy Hooper and Jo Summers; his stepfather Greg Summers; his daughter Audriana Lynn Hooper; his siblings, Jeremy Lee Hooper, Amber Summers and Betty Jo Summers; his nephews, Gage and Gannon Summers; and his close friend Justin Whitaker. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
