He is survived by: his children, Clinton Ray Arthur (Katie) of Bumpass, VA and Tammy Arthur-Hall of Van Wyck, SC; his brother James Michael Arthur of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Robert Hall, Jr., Nicole Cecil, Jaclyn Spain, Jessica Haskell, Ryan Arthur, Jagear Duval, Regan Duval and Lexy Duval; and his great grandchildren, Lijah, Dylan, Mason, Olivia and Parker Kate. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family.
