He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Carol Ghent Adams. He is survived by: his father Jack A. Adams, Sr.; his children, Laura Michelle Keener (Tim), Melissa K. Hinson (Will) and T. J. Bowen (Jodie); his siblings, Janet Sanders (Joe) and Brian Adams (Bobby Hinson); and his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Savannah Bowen, Tripp Bowen, Brody Bowen, Jacob Eddings, Chris Hinson and Ben Hinson. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the South Carolina Oncology Association Cares Foundation, 166 Stoneridge Road, Columbia, SC 29210.
