She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilson and Claudia Avant Wilson; her husband Clyde Thomas Steele; and her siblings, Jack Wilson, Buddy Wilson, Harry Wilson, Junior Whitaker and Ona Belle Stiller.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Steele (Julie) of Stuart, VA and Joe Steele (Bobbi) of Lancaster, SC; her grandchildren, Courtney Steele, Bailey Steele, Joe Steele Jr. and Harper Steele; and her great grandchild Jayden Steele.
