He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillip Sellers and Lilly Mae Wilkerson Sellers; and his siblings, Delbert Sellers, Aaron Sellers, J. W. Sellers, Patricia Snipes, Bea Myers and Ruth Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Sybil Threatt Sellers; his sons, Howard Kim Sellers (Wendy) of Lancaster, Mark Sellers of Byron, GA. and Richard Sellers of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Dillon Sellers and Anna Hicks (Chris); his great grandchildren, Conner and Owen Hicks; and his siblings, Thomas Sellers (Joyce) of Charlotte, NC and Ann Dobson (Ben) of Alexander, VA..
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Burgess Funeral Home, 1800 Charlotte Hwy., Lancaster, SC and suggest memorial contributions be made to White Springs Baptist Church, 1249 Grace Avenue, Lancaster, SC 29720 or the Shriner's Children's Hospital, 950 West Faris Rd., Greenville, SC 29605.
