He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tucker and Hazel Haddock Tucker; his daughter-in-law Kathy Tucker; and his siblings, Earl Tucker, Velma Mackey and Boots Bowers.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mathis Tucker; his sons, Dwayne Tucker (Derick Tucker) and Lisha Dawn Drape (Terry) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Asya Drape, Jayda Drape, Emily Tucker, Mason Tucker, Tiffany Altman and Dawn Altman; his great grandchildren, Christopher Altman, Shawn and Luke Carter; and his sister Bertie Hinson (Hampton) of Heath Springs.
