He is survived by: his parent Doris Anderton Brannon; his husbands, Carol and Melvin; his children, Emma Lee Kay Brannon of Lancaster and Joseph Dewitt Brannon (Betty Jo) of Lancaster; and his grandchild Shari Brannon White (Rusty) of Fort Mill. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in Leonard's name.
