He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Jean Merritt Terry; and his parents, Henry Nebit Terry and Jessie Mae Sims Terry. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Rene'Lavan; and his siblings, Juanita, Mary Kathy, Frances, Hope Scott, Crystal Mims, James Scott, Donald Beckham, Donna Beckham and Anna Vernon.
